Each candidate's name is linked to their nomination statement.
The voting period is now open and will close at 2400 EST on Wednesday,
January 10th, 2007.
The vote will use the Alternative Voting procedure to choose from a sub-set
of alternatives. Each “approved” or FOR choice receives one point; the
choices with the most points win. In the event of a tie, for the choices
with the least meaningful points, a run off will be held for those choices
using Alternative voting. Each member company or organization should
vote once.
Therefore, all IDPF members should cast two FOR votes i.e.
Candidate A FOR
Candidate B FOR
If you do not wish to vote
for particular candidates for the Board, please return your
vote with a notice of "ABSTAIN" in order to reach a quorum
for voting.
For further information on Alternative Voting see the IDPF Policies and
Procedures at
http://www.idpf.org/doc_library/corpdocs.htm.
Please send your vote to
Nick Bogaty with
your organization's name in the subject line and your vote in the body of
the email.
Please note that votes made by members in good standing only
will be considered valid and counted. Members in good standing are
up-to-date on member dues. If
your company or organization is not current on member dues, please contact
the
IDPF to pay your dues prior to
casting your vote.
