Dear IDPF Members,
Voting closed to fill one
open IDPF Board of Director position on
2400 EST, Wednesday,
March 14th. Eligibility for voting
required that members be in good standing, defined as
being up-to-date on member dues. There were 94
members eligible for voting and an established quorum
of 47
members. 60
members voted. The vote used the Remote
Voting procedure to choose from one
candidate via email. There were six
candidates for one
position. Each FOR choice received one point;
the candidate
with the most points won.
The following candidate
was elected to
the IDPF Board
of Directors:
Malle Vallik, Harlequin
Enterprises Ltd.
